We offer free shipping on all orders over HK$500 delivered within Hong Kong. Orders below HK$500 are subject to a standard delivery fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries across Asia and beyond. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method selected. All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Perishable Items
Products containing perishable or frozen goods are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not liable for spoilage resulting from failed delivery attempts or delays caused by customs clearance.
