Due to the nature of our products — which include frozen and perishable food items — we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. All sales are final except in the circumstances described below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us at contact@hausofnous.com within 3 business days of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the affected items. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We are not liable for damage caused during transit by third-party carriers. However, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
Wholesale Orders
Refund and return terms for wholesale orders are governed by the terms agreed in your wholesale agreement with Haus of Nous. Please contact us directly for any wholesale enquiries.
