Our Story
Established in 1984, Seaborn's salmon is handcrafted at their Smokehouse in Vancouver - cold-smoked with maple wood chips and rock salt.
Every fish is sourced directly from fishing vessels and local fisheries off the coast of BC, caught using sustainable methods including longline and gillnet. The Smokehouse processes each fish in-house - from cleaning and curing through to smoking and freezing - maintaining full control over quality at every step.
