Our Sweet Story

Born from a rooftop in 2014 — an environmental scientist's lifelong love affair with bees.

Our founder Aja was working in urban agriculture research when she was assigned a rooftop beekeeping project for harvesting culinary honey. What began as a research assignment became something far more personal — a deep, abiding obsession with bees and the extraordinary things they make.

Today, Drizzle Honey sets the standard for healthy honey and sustainable beekeeping — a Certified B Corporation since 2019, proudly women-owned and operated out of Alberta, Canada. Their mission is simple: change the way the world uses honey.
