A family belief — that Canada's maple forests produce something the world deserves to taste.

Julie and Dominic DeBlois founded Produits d'érable Cumberland inc. in Thetford Mines, Québec, with one conviction: that maple syrup deserved a place at the world's finest tables. Their products never touch a supermarket shelf — by design — kept rare so that every bottle carries genuine surprise.

Every product is gluten-free, vegan, and free of added preservatives — with maple syrup as the sole sweetener. These forest-born flavours now reach Asia through Haus of Nous, bringing a little of Québec's warmth to every corner of the globe.
