In spring 2009, while tapping maple trees in Québec, founder Stéphane took a sip of fresh sap straight from the tree — and knew the world needed to taste this.

Maple water is the pure sap that flows through maple trees every spring — naturally filtered by tree roots, carrying 46 bioactive compounds including electrolytes, minerals, prebiotics, and antioxidants. Light, crisp, subtly sweet. Nothing added. Stéphane pioneered the world's first farm dedicated solely to harvesting this sap organically, without harming the trees, certifying every drop from forest to bottle.

Harvested only during a brief spring window when trees naturally release their sap, the process leaves each tree unharmed — continuing its cycle year after year. The sap is filtered directly at the farm, bottled without additives, and what reaches you is exactly what the tree gave: 100% pure maple water, nothing more.
